Le Franschhoek Hotel and Spa invites guests to join their “Couples Yoga Retreat”, which will run over four months starting on October 15^th. The package will include a two night stay at Le Franschhoek Hotel, breakfast, two lunches, two dinners, one massage and four yoga classes at R1650 per person per night sharing.

Specially designed yoga classes will be held in the gardens as well as the Wine House in order to take full advantage of the serenity and tranquillity the valley and its surrounding mountain region has to offer. The classes will be based on Hatha Yoga – a technique which uses breath and body postures to obtain stillness of the mind while also incorporating postures that can be done with partners.
